How we work with investment and deal teams

We put AI into the work your team already does: deal review, diligence, fund terms, manager research, portfolio reporting and finance operations. We work with Claude, ChatGPT and other tools, connect them to the software you already use, and build around your sources, criteria and review standards. Everything we build belongs to you.

Pick the one that fits how much you want to hand over.

01

Working sessions

For teams that want to build it themselves, with help. Each session takes one real task from your work, and we build a piece of it together. You learn as we go and keep everything we build. A good fit for teams that already use AI and want to go further without handing the work over.

02

Setup

Your AI tools set up around your work. We configure the workspace, give it your company context and the rules for the tasks you run most, connect it to the tools you already use, and train your team on it. Your team starts with an assistant that already knows how you work.

03

AI agents

An agent takes over a whole piece of your team's work. It runs on its own, checks the work against your rules, holds what doesn't fit and routes it to the right person with the evidence attached. Your team reviews exceptions instead of doing the whole job by hand.

04

Custom AI system

For work that moves across several steps, sources and people. We build your firm's knowledge base: where the AI looks, which source wins when two disagree, the rules you decide by, and the corrections that have to stick. On top of it, several agents work together and connect to your systems, so a screening question can feed diligence and a diligence finding can reach the IC memo.

05

Fractional Chief AI Officer

For firms that want one accountable person for AI. We choose the tools, get the software you already pay for working as intended, coordinate IT and vendors, test before changes go live, run workshops, train your team and fix what breaks.
